All you gotta do is allow them to paint your home into a billboard, and as long as you have it painted that, they'll pay your mortgage ( up to yr maybe more ) AND they'll paint it back when your term is up.
So, would you do it?? ( link here )
This one was one of those projects where I'm asking myself, why didnt I do this sooner?? Was I intimidated? Did I assume it'd be co...
I would TOTALLY do it...but they would never pick us. End of a dead end street on a rural island. Not the best sales approach.
ReplyDeleteCertainly is tempting.
ReplyDeleteI applied... I'll let you know if we get a paint job! Thanks!
ReplyDeletenope. totally ugly. Have PRIDE in your homes people!!
ReplyDeleteI live on a corner lot and would do it in a heartbeat but my HOA would not be happy. LOL
ReplyDeleteSo totally if my home owner's association would let me!
ReplyDeleteInteresting. I'd consider it, however, what do they do about brick houses? That would be a hot mess to deal with after!
ReplyDeleteMy husband totally applied for this....I'll take my house being a billboard for a year if it saves us that much cash!!
ReplyDeleteLong-time lurker here.
ReplyDeleteI read that company's marketing dept has only about 150k for that campaign, so I think it's unlikely they'll choose many houses. I'd be interested to hear whether they really do follow up on repainting it.
That said, I wouldn't mind - if I had a house. Alas!
My husband and I would. But we have no house and any house we would buy is unlikely to be where advertising would be warranted.
