About Steph

In 2008 I started this blog with the intention of sharing knockoffs of high end decor products, to the world. Over time, I slowly began to find my own style and post photos of my home and ideas. I had binders upon binders filled with magazine cutouts and photos of my evolving style ( WAY before Pinterest was around, remember those days?) Eventually I was blogging about my great bargain finds, DIY moments and bits and pieces of my home and family. I have been published in three issues of The Nest Magazine and on a few designer's blogs, as well as an issue of Ocala Magazine. Thanks to that, and Pinterest, interest grew, and here I am today, helping people like you, tackle their home issues and help you achieve the look that is in your brain that you need help pulling out!

I'm a mom of 2 beautiful, funny girls, Brynlee and Lennon, and wife to Seth. I lived in the great Pacific Northwest (Seattle/Tacoma area ) for 33 years until 2018 when we moved to Nevada. I love the Lord, family, friends, movies, laughing at inappropriate things, camping, being a doula, good food and Robert Downey Jr.
