The strands of tissue cut outs look so cute, kinda wanting to incorporate them in my daughter's room makeover..what makeover you ask? Stay tuned..I'll be starting in 3 weeks. This tissue project would cost next to nothing...fishing line and $1 tissue...
I've seen those done before and I thought it looked really nice. One variation is to do it on ribbon or add strands of ribbon to it. Another variation is to space the tissue paper circles further apart on the fishing line and add clear beads between the tissue paper.
