World Market Newness

It's been a while since I've done a World Market post, so here it goes. I havent been inside a WM in a very long time, but I'm gonna need to see some of these things in person. They are a lil late in the game but jumpin on the suzani bandwagon, and they have many other items that are designer inspired as well. Here's some gems..

Painted Floors

I do not have a space ( yet ) in which I can paint a floor. I'm dyin to do it, but I have too many people that would strangle me if I even touched my beautiful fir floors, and I understand. My garage is too dark, with very little light, ( only used for storage ) and I dont need to put effort in there. So in the meantime, while I wait, I will show you some great inspiration photos.

Ok, back to design.

Back from Mexico, with lots of inspiration, a bit of clarity, and a long list of to do's that I'll be sharing with you.

Our resort was exquisite. Here's a few shots.
Lets start with that incredible..INCREDIBLE backsplash for the fireplace. I die. Secondly that wonderfully chunky, yet so rustic chandelier.

This was our room ( below )..I dont really need to say much, the headboard says it all.

Overstock and a few other sites have similiar headboards, by the way.

And our bathroom with shutters over the bathtub into the bedroom
